7-9PM
Stilly Conference Center
Haller Park, Arlington
Lot Owners are welcome to attend
Several homeowners have been reporting an uptick in trespassing vehicles and/or individuals in our community.
If you do see individuals roaming within our community, please do not approach for your own safety. Call the SnoHoCo sheriff.
If there is an abandoned vehicle on ANY road, call North County Towing @ 360-403-1042 and the car will be towed at the owner's expense.
If the vehicle is occupied, please call the Sheriff immediately and do not approach.
Regarding gate FOBs not opening the gate:
- Remember the antenna that triggers the opening of the gate is at the side island (where the code box is located), not at the gate.
Pressing the button on your FOB in front of the gate will not trigger the gate to open.
You will need to press the FOB button after passing the large wooden Eagle Ridge sign.
- It's possible you may need new batteries for FOBs that may not be working correctly.
- If the gates are stuck open, there could be emergency vehicles within the community, as it is regulation the gates remain open if they need to enter or leave quickly.
- If you sell your home, leave the FOBs and river gate keys with the new owners. The gates are there for the safety of the community and to have extra FOBs and/or keys out of the hands of actual lot owners, places our community at a higher risk.
- Please use this river responsibility. The key cannot be copied to give out to friends or family (see CCRs regarding rules of river gate use).
- There is NO driving of any type of motor vehicle on the river bed; this includes ATVs, motorcycles, SideBySides, etc.
- Take out what you bring in, including what your pet drops.
- Help patrol this area and report any suspicious or violating activity to the police.
- Parking at the gate or on the roads leading to the gate or parking in the driveway of homes, is in violation of the ERHA road rules and vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
Drivers: It is YOUR responsibility to be aware of all walkers: early morning, afternoon and evening in our community.
ERHA Speed Limit is 25MPH; when approaching walkers, please slow down and move over. If you have guests visiting, please remind them of our speed limit.
Only legal registered vehicles are allowed on ERHA community roads.
The River Road speed limit is 10MPH and only legal registered vehicles are allowed on this road (no ATV, go-cart, etc.)
Please slow down and watch for wildlife.
Article XI, Sections 6 and 7 of the Eagle Ridge CC&Rs prohibit the parking of any vehicles on Association right-of-ways for periods in excess of 48 hours.
To assist in enforcing those provisions, the Board adopts the following procedures:
1. Any lot owner may report a vehicle parked on the Association’s roads to a member of the Board of Directors.
2. As soon as possible after receipt of such notice, the Board member will place a notice on the subject vehicle warning the owner that the vehicle may be towed.
3. If a vehicle not impeding traffic is still so parked 48 hours after posting the notice, the Board member will contact the towing company and request towing.
4. Vehicles blocking traffic will not be subject to the 48-hour waiting period. The Snohomish County Sheriff will be notified. If it is determined that the vehicle constitutes a hazard to traffic, it will be towed as soon as possible.
5. Towing will be at the risk and expense of the owner of the vehicle.
